Make sure you created a Gmail Label

Your newsletters must be placed inside a Gmail label (e.g., “Podzy” or “Newsletters”) so Podzy knows where to look.

Confirm that Podzy is connected to the correct label

Go to your Podzy settings and ensure the Gmail label you created is the one selected during your configuration.

• Go to Podzy mainpage
• Go to the left panel and look for the “Customization” section
• Look for the Gmail Label section. Clic on the toggle list and select the right label.

Use the time filter on the left panel

Podzy filters emails based on when they were received, not when you added them to the label. ****Use the date filter by clicking on “Today” to adjust the timeframe to “Yesterday”, “This Week”, “Last Week”, “This Month” or “Last Month”.

It’s about the received date, not the label date

If you move an old email into your label today, you’ll need to select the correct timeframe (e.g., “Last Month”) to see it.
